From time to time, Instagram growth services change appearances for one reason or another. In most cases, they are trying to avoid getting shut down by Instagram (or should we say Facebook), so they believe a simple rebranding will get them off the hook for the time being.
And they’re right. This strategy works, but it is short-term.
Speaking of changing names, we’re here to talk about Gramblast, or, as they call it now – Blastup.
You probably know it under the old name, but in any case, if you’re interested in it and are considering trying it, don’t leave just yet.
We’ll cover some important topics here, such as:
Why did this service change its name? Is that the only thing that changed? And how good is it anyways?
The truth could blast you!
Here at Upleap, we have nothing to hide and no one to run from since all of the followers we sell are 100% real. You can trust us – we will never endanger your precious Instagram account with unsafe business!
Besides yours truly, there are a few more viable options on the market. They’re listed in the table below.

Gramblast Review Summary
Even though we try to make them as encompassing as possible, it’s hard to judge a company based only on a table of pros&cons. To get a full picture, make sure to read our whole review!
|Secure website||Sells fake followers
|Free trial||Instagram removes the followers|
|Doesn’t require your personal data||Many negative customer reviews|
What is Gramblast?
As you could’ve realized by now, Gramblast is now called Blastup.
The company made no attempt to conceal the name change, which is a good sign. If they tried to cover it up, it could indicate they have something to hide or were somehow involved in a shady business.
The real reason behind the name change is probably copyright infringement (“gram”, duh).
But, has the service also changed or has it remained the same? That is the big question that needs to be answered.
The truth is that, from the features, to the big promises, nothing about this service has really changed, so don’t be confused if we or anyone else uses both names interchangeably.
Indeed, not much is different – they still claim to be the number one place to get Instagram followers, views, and likes.
Of course, we’re not going to take their word for it since we weren’t born yesterday. Instead, we’re going to go through every aspect of the service and see how great it really is.
Let’s start with the simplest part – how it works.
How to use Gramblast?
If you want to try Blastup (Gramblast), go to the official site blastup.com, and explore all the packages they offer.
Depending on what you need (followers, likes, views, auto likes), choose a package and enter your Instagram username.
You are NOT required to give your Instagram password!
After this, choose the desired amount you want to purchase and click on BUY to go to the checkout.
Blastup is a service entirely dedicated to Instagram, which we generally appreciate as it leaves more room to make that one service the best it can be.
Their offer includes:
- Auto likes
We see this type of assortment often, however, it’s a bit unnecessary. In fact, it is completely pointless, for one reason.
When you buy Instagram followers, you don’t need to purchase any other feature separately. That is, if you buy REAL followers. Authentic and active accounts will organically interact with your content, so you will get the likes, views, and much more.
Are the followers provided by Gramblast real?
Although it’s not the most diverse offer you’ll ever see, we’re not mad at it. In fact, this is more than great – you have three available packages that come at a reasonable price.
The largest amount you can get is 1000 followers. Considering Gramblast offers only instant delivery, this is as much as you can get if you want to go unnoticed.
Anything more than that and you run the risk of getting caught by Instagram and punished for unnatural growth.
What makes matters worse is if the followers you bought turn out to be fake.
This was our major concern when we set out to research Gramblast – are the followers real or not?
Naturally, we turned to customer reviews for the truth.
Here’s an interesting thing – both Gramblast and Blastup have separate Trustpilot pages, ratings, and reviews.
However, the Gramblast page hasn’t been updated for three years, so we decided to ignore it and turn to the more recent reviews of Blastup.
After reading all of them, we came to one conclusion:
Blastup sells fake followers.
Namely, an abundance of customers complained that the followers simply disappeared after a while:
This appears to be the main concern of all disgruntled customers, who make the majority of the reviews.
Some say they received fake followers mixed in with real ones, while some got only the bots. Whatever the case, the fake ones were present.
Some positive aspects of this service are also mentioned, like the fact that Blastup always delivers the service.
The only other thing mentioned in the reviews are the likes from Blastup.
First, let’s see an example of a likes package from Blastup so you get a general idea of the price and what it includes:
Now, take a look at what customers have to say about these likes:
So much for that.
We can’t fail to mention that Gramblast offers a free trial. However, it’s really disappointing.
This trial includes 10 free likes, and that’s it. What are you going to do or see with this? Not much.
It would make much more sense if they offered a dozen or so free followers instead of likes.
Is Gramblast safe?
It depends on how you look at it.
From one standpoint, it is. The process of payment is safe and the website is secure. Plus, you don’t have to give them anything besides your Instagram username, which means your profile is safe in the sense that they won’t attempt to hack you.
HOWEVER, this service sells fake followers, and that’s a fact. There is no way this is 100% safe for your Instagram account.
Fake followers pose a huge threat to your safety on Instagram as they wildly violate Instagram’s rules. This social media giant is working very hard to put an end to them, and your profile could easily become collateral damage.
Is Gramblast legit? – Final answer
It’s hard to say a company is legit when it’s not completely safe to use. It is legit in a way – it’s not a scam designed to steal your money or data.
That being said, a legit company would never jeopardize the safety of its customers, so…
If you really want to try Gramblast followers, perhaps you could go with the smallest package to test it out first, since there is no free trial for followers.
If it doesn’t work out, you can always come back to this review and check out our recommendations from the beginning!
